About The Guest

Liz Vieira, CPC, MSOP

Liz Vieira is Vice President of Human Resources at Reebok, where she leads HR through significant transformation. A “boomerang” employee who previously spent seven years with the brand (2013-2019), she returned in 2023 and rebuilt the entire HR infrastructure in seven months following an ownership transition. Her collaborative approach emphasizes listening to employees at all levels and building programs that serve both business goals and employee development. Prior to Reebok, Liz held senior HR roles at UKG and Samsonite, and credits her six years at MFS Investment Management—working across talent acquisition, employee relations, and business partnership—as foundational to her career. She holds an MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and is a Certified Professional Coach. A first-generation professional, Liz was inspired to pursue HR by her immigrant father’s commitment to supporting others and being a voice for those who feel unheard.Retry
