The Marketing Manager is a crucial role at the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC), a division of Keystone Partners, focused on creating and implementing strategic plans aimed at increasing awareness and driving new member growth through best practices in digital marketing, content marketing, marketing automation, and other essential activities for a B2C business model. The person in this position will work closely with the EVP of CEC and its original founder, directly reporting to the VP of Marketing at Keystone Partners, CEC’s parent company.

Inside Sales Specialist

Keystone Partners provides services to help individuals who have been impacted by workforce reductions. Our consultants help them to successfully navigate the transition to the next step in their careers. The Engagement Specialist is responsible for generating revenue by conducting “warm” outbound calls to individuals eligible for company-sponsored career transition benefits.

This role is responsible for maintaining a high rate of outbound call activity and will be paid an hourly rate plus commission based on conversion. Outreach efforts include outbound calls and texts and will be supported by automated emails.
