Delivery Coordinator | Remote or Hybrid
The Delivery Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day administration and support of Career Transition program delivery, metrics reporting, and collateral requests. This includes webinar administration and support for internal and external webinars, design, editing, and formatting of materials, presentations, and resources, and consultant and client support. They will need a keen eye for detail, possess a collaborative attitude, and be comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
Engagement Specialist | Part-Time, Remote
Keystone Partners provides services to help individuals who have been impacted by workforce reductions. Our consultants help successfully navigate the transition to the next step in their career. The Engagement Specialist is responsible for generating revenue by conducting “warm” outbound calls to individuals eligible for company sponsored career transition benefits. This role is responsible for maintaining a high rate of outbound call activity and will be paid an hourly rate plus commission based on conversion. Outreach efforts include outbound calls and texts and will be supported by automated emails.
Sales Coordinator/Office Administrator | Temp
Keystone Partners is seeking a Sales Coordinator and Office Administrator. This dynamic professional needs a keen eye for detail, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to work virtually with other departments or locations within the organization. As this role is multi-faceted, they must have strong prioritization skills as work will be directed to them from different sources. This individual will report to our Sales Operations Associate.
As Sales Coordinator, this individual will be responsible for assisting the Sales Team to take high-profile client sales materials from team concept to completion. Writing should be attentive to the audience and in tune with Keystone’s core values, human narrative, and strategic direction. They will be a visual communicator, familiar with current technology, and able to create resources and documentation for internal and external audiences. In addition, they are charged with the task of version control, and keeping materials updated in our proprietary portal, team sites, etc.
Sales Development Representative | Remote
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Keystone Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our national expansion strategy by generating qualified leads and initiating meaningful discussions with potential buyers in new markets across the United States. This integral new role will complement our existing field sales and marketing organization, contributing to the growth of the business by setting the stage for successful sales outcomes.
