She joined AEW to be a part of shaping the next generation of leaders, and with employees all around the globe, Piper is focused on building and maintaining culture, especially through these hybrid times.
There is a real diversity problem in the commercial real estate industry and Piper covers the different ways they have begun to address this, including a committee, affinity groups, and a speaker series.
She also discusses their work with Project Destined, whose goal “is to transform minority youth into owners and stakeholders in the communities in which they live, work and play.”
