Dave is joined by his long-time friend, Amy Knapp, now SVP of People at Catalant after spending the last 13 years in the silicon valley area.

Amy takes us through her “whirlwind,” “wild” career journey, learning to take risks and building out a blend of HR, talent, and operational roles.
