As the Executive Vice President, Operations, Lisa is responsible for leading the successful operation of the Career Management, Customer Success, Administration, and Technology Platform teams. Lisa plays a key role in helping the firm maintain a high performing operating culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation with a focus on market-driven growth and bottom-line performance.
In addition to leading operations for these teams, Lisa works closely with the executive team in the creation and execution of short- and long-term strategic plans designed to increase shareholder value across the entire organization. This includes leading current exceptional delivery with an eye toward continuous improvement, as well as driving further improvements in process, and customer-facing technology to create a best-in-class platform. Lisa is also responsible for monitoring and measuring critical activity to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and service line innovation.
Since joining Keystone Partners in 2009, Lisa has held various positions, including her most recent role as Senior VP, Finance and Administration, where she oversaw all activities in the company’s accounting, finance, IT, administration, and property management departments. Prior to this, she was responsible for the Client Services function serving our Career Transition team where she oversaw all aspects of operations and client support including project management, resource allocation and planning, database management, invoicing, and client reporting and satisfaction.
Prior to joining Keystone, Lisa held various accounting and finance-related roles at The Princeton Review, Health Dialog, and Teradyne.
