Executive Services Coordinator (Boston)

Essex Partners, the C-suite division of Keystone Partners, is seeking a client-centric Executive Services Coordinator who is motivated, engaging, and professional. Reporting to both the Senior Partner of Essex and the Administrative Director for Keystone, the ideal candidate has strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills, and is comfortable engaging with C-level individuals with poise in a conversational manner. Primary responsibilities for the Executive Services Coordinator include managing projects and firm processes, orienting new clients and serving as point person for their requests, maintaining databases, client event planning/implementation. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is a plus!

Due to the global pandemic, the organization is working in a hybrid model. The position will revert to full-time on-site when in-person operations are deemed safe.

VP, Business Development (Chicago)

Keystone Partners is seeking a Vice President, Business Development in the Chicago Metropolitan area to identify and develop new accounts, work with clients to create solutions throughout the sales process and enhance established account relationships. As part of a high-performing team, you’ll be able to develop your talents, and make a difference.

Maximize revenue by growing sales within existing accounts, identifying and developing new accounts at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations. Has responsibility for generating positive sales growth for a specific geography or vertical market with current accounts and new business average of $1 to $2.5M dollars annually. Fully leverage Keystone Partners Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce, to perform all the aspects of business daily.

Client Services Researcher (Boston)

Keystone Partners is seeking a Client Services Researcher (Boston) to be a core member of the Essex Partners Client Services team. Through the delivery of secondary research, you will contribute to the knowledge base of partners and clients, and support core initiatives with target company lists, company overviews and organization charts, executive backgrounds, and industry overviews. This position will work 15-25 hours/week.

EVP, Leadership Development

The EVP, Leadership Development (LD) of Keystone Partners is responsible for all aspects of the business including creating and executing a national growth strategy for our LD practice. This position will include developing intellectual property, building a national brand, and having a visible presence in the Leadership Development space.

The EVP will report to the COO of Keystone Partners.
