Vice President Finance and Accounting

Keystone Partners is seeking a VP of Finance and Accounting to be responsible for oversight on all the Finance, Accounting, and reporting activities of the organization. The VP will serve as an advisor to the Keystone Partners leadership team on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to cost/budget management, financial forecasting and financial analysis of various business opportunities, and will present and provide financial information to the Board. The VP will ensure that the firm remains in compliance with all fiscal, regulatory and accounting requirements ,and all contractual relationships with vendors and service providers. The individual will direct the finance and accounting staff and provide operational, programmatic, and analytical support to the managers at Keystone Partners. BA required, MA preferred. CPA highly desirable.

Customer Success Administrator (Burlington, Boston, or Oak Brook)

Keystone Partners, a career management and leadership development firm based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Customer Success Administrator to assist in supporting the Leadership Development and Career Transition (LD/CT) teams to ensure a high level of effective and efficient client delivery and customer service. S/he will work with the Customer Success Team and CT/LD Consultants to provide support assisting in the delivery of client programs.

Keystone Partners is adding Career Consultants for key locations in an adjunct capacity to deliver career transition services to individual clients and/or groups in person or virtually. S/he also may facilitate webinars, and/or workshops. May participate in onsite/virtual notification meetings.

Opportunities currently exist in the San Francisco and Seattle markets. We are also interested in speaking to applicants in Los Angeles, Austin, TX, and Colorado for future opportunities.

Career Consultant (East Region)

Keystone Partners is adding Career Consultants for key locations in an adjunct capacity to deliver career transition services to individual clients and/or groups in person or virtually. S/he also may facilitate webinars, and/or workshops. May participate in onsite/virtual notification meetings.

Opportunities currently exist in New York City and New Jersey markets. We are also interested in speaking to applicants in Atlanta and Washington, DC for future opportunities.  

Partner, Talent Management Consultant (Chicago)

Keystone Partners is seeking a highly experienced and engaging Talent Management Consultant who is skilled at developing, delivering, and managing Talent Management services, including executive coaching, leadership development programs, assessments for selection and development, team alignment, and succession planning, to a broad range of non-profit, middle market, and Fortune  500 customer organizations. This position will leverage assessments used for selection and development. This versatile and experienced consultant should be grounded in practical and pragmatic business acumen as well as basic concepts related to adult learning, emotional intelligence and organizational structure and decision making.
