VP, Business Development – Dallas
The VP, Business Development is responsible for development of new accounts through lead generation, prospect management and networking; identifying opportunities through consultative presentation and proposal writing for all Keystone Partners lines of business; working with clients to create solutions for their needs throughout the sales process. Ongoing maintenance of established account relationships.
The EVP, Leadership Development (LD) of Keystone Partners is responsible for all aspects of the business including creating and executing a national growth strategy for our LD practice. This position will include developing intellectual property, building a national brand, and having a visible presence in the Leadership Development space.
The EVP will report to the COO of Keystone Partners.
Sales Leader Business Development, Central Region – Chicago, IL
The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial-minded, driven regional sales leader who will develop and execute an aggressive sales strategy resulting in significant revenue growth and increased market share in major markets including Chicago and Dallas. Strong candidates have a proven track record of new customer acquisition, existing account penetration, and leading professional services sales teams to consistently exceed sales goals. This is a senior leadership role that includes responsibility for driving culture, ensuring collaboration, and fostering Keystone Partners’ values across the Central region.
This position reports to the Managing Partner, Chief Sales Officer.
Site Admin/Curriculum Coordinator – Raleigh
The Site Admin/Curriculum Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the VP Curriculum Development in taking materials from concept to completion, be an excellent visual and written communicator, and be extremely organized and collaborative. As Site Administrator, this position will also have daily office responsibilities.
We are growing! Keystone is looking for a Staff Accountant who will be responsible for supporting the Finance & Accounting department’s day-to-day functions, primarily on AP/Expense and Payroll. In addition to partnering within the Finance & Accounting department, the Staff Accountant will work closely with business unit managers and sales team members.
