Keystone is in search of a Director of Marketing in either our Boston, Chicago, or Dallas office to be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans focused on generating leads, awareness, and the positioning of Keystone in the market with the goal of increasing customer base and revenue. The Inside Sales/ Engagement Specialist is responsible for generating revenue by conducting “warm” outbound calls to individuals eligible for and aware of company-sponsored career transition benefits. This role is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals through outreach efforts including outbound calls, email, and social networking tools. This role is also responsible for a broad range of key customer success activities, including maintaining a client tracking database, scheduling of clients, and reporting on outreach efforts.
Currently, due to the global pandemic, Keystone Partners is working in a hybrid model. Employees are required to work in the office part-time and may also work remotely part-time.
Keystone Partners is seeking a Vice President, Business Development in the Chicago Metropolitan area to identify and develop new accounts, work with clients to create solutions throughout the sales process and enhance established account relationships. As part of a high-performing team, you’ll be able to develop your talents, and make a difference.
Maximize revenue by growing sales within existing accounts, identifying and developing new accounts at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations. Has responsibility for generating positive sales growth for a specific geography or vertical market with current accounts and new business average of $1 to $2.5M dollars annually. Fully leverage Keystone Partners Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce, to perform all the aspects of business daily.
The EVP, Leadership Development (LD) of Keystone Partners is responsible for all aspects of the business including creating and executing a national growth strategy for our LD practice. This position will include developing intellectual property, building a national brand, and having a visible presence in the Leadership Development space.
The EVP will report to the COO of Keystone Partners.
