Keystone Partners is seeking a Vice President, Business Development in the Chicago Metropolitan area to identify and develop new accounts, work with clients to create solutions throughout the sales process, and enhance established account relationships. Fully leverage Keystone Partners customer relationship management (CRM), Salesforce, to perform all the aspects of business daily.
The EVP, Leadership Development (LD) of Keystone Partners is responsible for all aspects of the business including creating and executing a national growth strategy for our LD practice. This position will include developing intellectual property, building a national brand, and having a visible presence in the Leadership Development space.
The EVP will report to the COO of Keystone Partners.
This role is part of an exciting and growing national team, supporting the sales and delivery of US and international leadership development engagements from intake through invoicing. The Client Services Coordinator partners daily with assigned sales team members to win the business and kick off engagements in a timely manner. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this critical role will focus on oversight of leadership development sales opportunities; coordination and deployment of delivery consultants; monitoring of engagement progress; professional and timely communications with key stakeholders; and customer project management support.
This role is a key business partner for the leadership team and division leaders, accountable for sales process mapping, sales KPI setting, report development and generation, and data analysis for sales. While reporting into the Managing Partner, this role’s primary focus will be on mapping and documenting sales processes and identifying keys to success. Rules of engagement will be updated, and sales process training will be rolled out using the Salesforce framework, with a goal to drive improvement in win rates, increase sales productivity, and reduce sales cycle times.
