LEARN WITH A COACH: Live Group Coaching
Participants engage in live, virtual group leadership coaching with a dedicated facilitator where they receive both expert and peer feedback. In these sessions, they dive below the surface to the root cause of challenges and barriers to their development.

This foundational, all-inclusive, 12-week Accelerator Program™ equips new managers with the fundamental skills needed to diligently shift from team member to manager. The course is built on the skills every manager should master to be an exceptional leader. Capstone project and one-on-one coaching are included. Topics include Self-Awareness, Communication, Change Management, Goal Setting, Effective Meetings, Delegation and Managing Performance.
