Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging: Unconscious Bias
This program provides an understanding of cognitive biases and micro-aggressions that people often face and practical ways to break bias when hiring staff, developing others, and interacting with colleagues on a daily basis. It will introduce your organization and your employees to key concepts as you commit to educating your organization and building a culture which embraces Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Included in the program are a self-assessment framework to pursue and operationalize DEIB work within the organization; review of DEIB KPIs; and interactive webinars.
Accelerated Management Training
These programs develop and strengthen managers’ core capabilities as they lead their teams and workgroups. Interactive and fast-paced, the three-part series presents “must know” models and concepts for managers at all levels:

Accelerated Management Training (AMT) classes are offered twice yearly.
