She has worked across a broad range of organizations: complex multinational organizations, large conglomerates, start-ups, and family-owned businesses. Her industry experience is varied, including financial, retail, automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, sales and service, and higher education.
Theresa has designed and led talent management programs that touch the entire employee life cycle, specializing in assessment, coaching, performance management, succession management, and team effectiveness.
